Terms and Conditions
Payment:
Payment for custom orders must be made as described on the invoice. Genuine Woodworking LLC sells only custom-made products that cannot be recycled or re-sold to another customer once production starts.
Cancellation:
Orders can be canceled within 3 days of the order being submitted. Cancellation requests must be emailed to genuinewoodworking@gmail.com. Cancellation requests via phone will not be accepted. After 3 days, the order cannot be canceled for any reason.
Changes to orders:
Changes can be made to existing orders at the discretion of Genuine Woodworking LLC. There may be a charge for changing the order. Requests for changes must be submitted via email. Phone changes will not be accepted. Work change orders must be paid in full to proceed with the work.
Refund/Return Policy:
Genuine Woodworking LLC does not accept returns on custom orders due to customer errors. Returns are accepted at the fault of Genuine Woodworking LLC due to errors associated with the production of the product.
Warranty:
Genuine Woodworking LLC will provide warranty information upon request.
