Terms and Conditions

Payment:
Payment for custom orders must be made in accordance with the terms outlined on the invoice. Genuine Woodworking specializes exclusively in custom-made products. Due to the personalized nature of these items, they cannot be recycled or resold to other customers once production has begun.
Timeline:
The estimated timeline begins once the drawings are approved. Because everything we do is custom—tailored specifically to your design and needs—it’s important not to rush the process. Our priority is to ensure the highest quality product, and that takes time and careful attention to detail.
Cancellation:
Orders may be canceled within 3 days of being placed. To request a cancellation, please send an email to genuinewoodworking@gmail.com. Phone requests will not be accepted. After the 3-day window has passed, orders cannot be canceled for any reason.
Changes to orders:
Changes to existing orders are subject to approval at the sole discretion of Genuine Woodworking. Additional charges may apply for any modifications. All change requests must be submitted via email; phone requests will not be accepted. Approved work change orders must be paid in full before production will proceed.
Refund/Return Policy:
Genuine Woodworking does not accept returns on custom orders due to customer errors. Returns are accepted at the fault of Genuine Woodworking due to errors associated with the production of the product.
Warranty:
Genuine Woodworking will provide warranty information upon request.
