With this information, we can establish an estimated investment range for your project.
This initial step allows us to determine whether the project is a good fit before moving into detailed design.
Once the estimated investment aligns with your expectations and you are ready to move forward, the next step is developing your project-specific drawings.
Because each project is individually designed around your space and requirements, detailed drawings are a professional design service and carry a design fee.
DESIGN FEE
Projects under $7,000:
Minimum design fee of $300
Medium to large projects:
Design fee of 5% of the estimated project cost
If you proceed with your project, the design fee is applied toward your deposit. If you choose not to proceed, the design fee is non-refundable.
YOUR DESIGN PACKAGE INCLUDES:
The purpose of this stage is to develop the cabinetry specifically for your space, your needs, and your aesthetic preferences rather than providing a generic layout or preliminary price based solely on measurements.
Once the preliminary drawings are complete, we can establish a firm project quote based on the actual design and specifications.
Once you decide to move forward, we transition from design into final project preparation.
1. PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS & INVOICE
We prepare a detailed invoice outlining the project specifications and payment schedule.
2. FINAL MEASUREMENTS
When necessary, we visit the project location to verify final measurements and evaluate the space before production.
3. FINAL DESIGN APPROVAL
Any final adjustments are incorporated into the drawings for your review and approval.
Once the design is approved, the project is ready to move into production.
